تکنیک اول :صاف روی صندلی یا زمین بنشینید و هر چیزی نظیر کمربند که ازارتان میدهد کنار بذارید چشمها را ببندید چند نفس عمیق بکشید و از صد به یک بصورت معکوس بشمارید وقتی به سه رسید اون را به رنگ دلخواهتون مجسم و سه بار تکرارش کنید با دو و یک هم همینکارو بکنید بعد جایی را تصور کنید که دوست دارید مثلا یه باغ یه خونه و هر جایی که در اون ارامید توی این محل یه اتاق مشاوره انتخاب کنید با میزی و تعدادی صندلی و یه مشاور زن و یه مشاور مرد خیالی نیز انتخاب کنید. البته میتونن این مشاورین از علمای دین باشن یا ائمه یا پیامبران یا دانشمندان یا فامیل یا هرکی که دوست دارید مشاور را به اتاق دعوت باهاش احواپرسی و مشکل را باهاش درمیون بذارید و خواهش کنید راهنما ییتون کنه و بعد از یک تا صد بصورت مستقیم نه معکوس بشمارید و از سطح الفا بیایید بیرون
امیدوارم اینکاررو انجام بدید و نتیجه اش را هم به من بگید.
